Quick Apply Full-time 9 hours ago Full Job Description In this role, the PSM Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, leading, implementing and supporting the process safety programs at Blue Racer PSM facilities.
This coordinator will interface with all levels of company employees and will develop and implement plans and processes that meet critical business and safety objectives.
This position will report to the PSM/Security Supervisor and will be located near Proctor, West Virginia at the Natrium Plant office of Blue Racer Midstream, LLC, or at an acceptable alternate Blue Racer Midstream office in WV or OH.
Process safety support activities in compliance with federal regulations, corporate policies, technical codes, standards and governances.
Support plant operations, hazard analysis and risk assessments, incident investigation and auditing.
Provide training on elements of process safety to employees in order to meet corporate and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and facilitate closure of all action items resulting from audits, internal reviews, incident investigations and PHA recommendations.
Supporting interface with regulatory agencies and third parties, as needed, on compliance and enforcement issues.
Coordinate the collection of process safety data for reporting purposes and provide analysis of data, including recommendations for improvement.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key compliance companies and safety equipment vendors.
Participate in and support compliance audits as needed.
Knowledge and application of process safety requirements and practices.

Develop and implement work processes, tools and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience in administering or coordinating elements of OSHA's PSM rule within the operations of gas processing plants.
Must have a practical understanding of oil and gas processing facilities operations, maintenance and repair.
3-5 years of experience involving some aspect of process safety in the oil and gas industry, preferred.
Direct experience working for an oil and gas pipeline or midstream owner/operating company, preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Work, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; history of effective communication in difficult or high stress situations.
Strong leadership skills; acting as subject matter expert for problem-solving and analysis.
Ability to prioritize tasks, deal with interruptions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and growth- oriented environment.
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in safety or a safety-related field, preferred.
3-5 years experience in natural oil & gas industry, preferred.
CSP professional certification, preferred.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
