SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Silgan Triadelphia is seeking experienced Mold Maintenance Lead.
This role is expected to be a leader in the mold maintenance department.
Candidate is responsible to manage and improve overall molding operations by promoting productivity, quality, and safety.
Lead will work proactively with production manager and coordinate mold changes, insert changes, preventive mold maintenance schedule, etc.
Position will communicate with quality assurance, assist and/or develop work instructions, perform other duties as needed.
Basic
Qualifications:
Knowledge in one or more:
electronics, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatics, mechanical Minimum education is an associates degree in tool and die or mold maker journeyman's certification.
7-10 years of technically related experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs LIMITATIONS &
